Order System Error

You are receiving this page because the ordering system was improperly referenced. This is typically the result of one of two situations:

• You are running some script-blocking or security software which has blocked a call from this domain to the order system If you're running a Firefox add-on such as NoScript, note that forms on this site may redirect to our central order server and this is normal operation and should be allowed to continue.

• There is an error in the HTML link you clicked. It's possible that the merchant may have included a typo or error in the URL for referencing the shopping cart, and the link you referenced may not be valid. If this is the case, go back on your browser and report the web page from which this error ocurred to the merchant.

• You are recalling a bookmarked page in your browser which was output from our scripts. The system expects some "additional information" to be passed along with the URL that was not included. In general, you cannot bookmark certain pages of the order process, nor can you reference our order script manually. You should visit the site containing the products you want to purchase and select "Check-Out" from there.

• More likely..Your browser didn't transmit all the information from the previous form to our system. We've noticed this happening if you have a lot of items in your shopping basket, or attempt to submit a large web form. It can also happen randomly if your operating system gets low on resources.

  This is NOT the result of a bug in our ordering system - it's more likely the result of a bug in the browser, or your operating system becoming unstable and/or running low on system resources.

What Can I Do about this?

• If the error ocurred while trying to order products, and you had a lot of items in your basket, consider breaking your one large order down into two or more smaller orders. After you place the first order, you'll receive an e-mail account ID and password you can use to avoid re-entering any billing information for subsequent orders.

  Our system is currently configured to handle up to 40 items in a shopping basket, but we've seen various versions of Netscape and MSIE crap out with as few as 13 items - there's not much we can do about this - it's a problem with the browser not sending all the data to our server.

• Try closing and re-starting your browser. This may or may not work; if all else fails, try rebooting your system and starting again (note you won't lose the items in your shopping basket as long as you start the same browser). You could try using a different browser as well.

• Consider upgrading your browser software. If you're not running the latest version of Netscape, we recommend it - most of the newer (4.x) versions are much more stable when it comes to handling forms.

• Complain to Microsoft, Netscape, or whoever publishes your browser or operating system. If they made their products more stable, you likely wouldn't be seeing this error page.

• If there are any other unusual things happening, and you want to contact the administrators of the server hosting the online ordering system (NOTE: We are incapable of answering any product/merchant-related questions), contact us by clicking HERE. We will respond to any technical inquiries affecting the performance of the system. If you encounter problems, please include in your e-mail, information on what kind of system you're using (PC/Mac, 386/486/Pentium, etc.), the version of your browser software, who you're using for Internet Access, and what store you were shopping at when you encountered a problem, and this will help us resolve things quickly.
